On May 30th, 2019, the main forum of the Changping sub-venue of the China International Fair for Trade in Services (Beijing Trade Fair) was held in Changping, Beijing. Yan Ligang, Director of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Wang Hesheng, Mayor of Changping District, and Zhou Jinxing, Deputy Mayor, attended the event and held discussions with Wan Yiting, Public Affairs President of 100tal Future Education, as well as representatives from Suning, JD, and other key participating companies.

At the forum, themed "Expanding the Open Development of Service Industry, Building an International First-Class Science and Education New Zone," Wang Hesheng, Mayor of Changping District, and Zhou Jinxing, Deputy Mayor, inquired about the development of 100tal Future in Changping. Wan Yiting, Public Affairs President of 100tal Future Education, reported on the progress of projects such as the "Education Comprehensive Center" and "Education Park" in Changping to the attending leaders. Wan Yiting stated that 100tal Future hopes to explore smart education with the Changping District government, sign a strategic cooperation agreement, help Changping's primary and secondary schools create smart classroom solutions, and assist in the information-based development of primary and secondary education in Changping.

After the discussion, the delegation led by Yan Ligang, Director of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Wang Hesheng, Mayor of Changping District, and Zhou Jinxing, Deputy Mayor, visited the exhibition area of 100tal Future Education's smart education at the Changping sub-venue of the Beijing Trade Fair. The exhibition featured 100tal Future's smart education products such as the "Smart Classroom with Paper and Pen," "AI Teacher," and "Future Cloud Platform."

In the afternoon of the same day, at the "I Have the Backing, Enjoying a Happy Life" theme forum held at the Changping sub-venue of the Beijing Trade Fair, the person in charge of 100tal Future Education's comprehensive education business delivered a speech entitled "Building a Happy Cultural Community with 100tal Future Education Comprehensive Center" and introduced the relevant details of the "100tal Future Education Comprehensive Center Project-Longguan Hui."

The 100tal Future Education Comprehensive Center Project is an education comprehensive center project established by 100tal Future Group in cooperation with Chang Development with the support of the Changping District government. The project is located in the Chang Development Science and Innovation Center next to the government of Hailongguan East Street in Changping District, covering an area of 12,000 square meters. The project is named "Longguan Hui" and is positioned as a "community family education growth center integrating production and research."

The project is divided into four major sections: the "Children's Education Center," which provides educational services such as subject education, children's English, art training, robot STEAM education, and children's physical fitness; the "Community College," providing various interest training for parents such as music, flower arrangement, and baking; the "Community Cultural Living Room," which includes open cultural and leisure spaces such as community libraries, community cafes, and cultural activity stages; and the "Education Research and Exchange Center," which provides scientific research and industry communication for education companies.

The project demonstrates three major characteristics of the new comprehensive center: the combination of "children's center and community college," "cultural space and community operation," and "education training and smart scientific research." 100tal Future hopes to work together with streets, neighborhood committees, and education peers to build a new flagship comprehensive education center—a learning paradise for children and a cultural living room for parents, co-building a happy cultural community and making the community a more warm and human presence.
