We release a children's educational system at Xueersi, with fun courses waiting for you to challenge.

On June 9th, Xueersi held a unique and interesting puzzle carnival in Beijing. At the scene, Xueersi not only showed children and parents many interesting and fun brain challenges and hands-on games, but also launched the children's puzzle system and officially launched a high-quality puzzle course for children aged 4 to 12.

Xueersi's Vice President Liu Kai, the person in charge of Xueersi's children's puzzle system and former captain of the Chinese Sudoku Team, Chen Cen, the National Go Champion and founder of Aiqidao, Wang Yuhui, and the official representative of the World Cube Association in China, Chang Fangyuan, all witnessed the official release of Xueersi's children's puzzle system.

What is the Children's Puzzle System

Based on the characteristics of the project and the gamified approach, Xueersi's children's puzzle system mainly includes four themes of course content:

1. Intellectual movement represented by Go, Sudoku, Cup Stacking, and Rubik's Cube;

2. Puzzle toys represented by Tangram, Nine-Linked Rings, Digital Huarong Road, and Three Kingdoms Huarong Road;

3. Logical puzzles represented by Number Weaving, Number Bridge, Number Wall, and Smart Grid;

4. Parent-child board games represented by Shape and Color Cards and Da Vinci Code.

In these four major theme-based puzzle courses, in a fun and entertaining manner, children's initiative and enthusiasm for learning are fully utilized, helping them to comprehensively improve their exploration ability, analytical thinking, and creative thinking. The parent-child board games can also bring wonderful parent-child interaction experiences to families, enhancing parent-child interaction and relationships.

Based on this, Xueersi will also, according to the age characteristics and cognitive laws of children, through a comprehensive and scientific curriculum setting, enable children to build their own interest world during the gamification process, generate interest in subject learning, deepen learning outcomes, enhance learning abilities, and achieve efficient learning.

Regarding the original intention of introducing the Children's Puzzle System, Liu Kai, Vice President of Xueersi, stated that each child has different qualities and should be motivated to continue learning based on their interests, constantly tapping into their potential. By guiding students to learn through puzzle games and educational aids, their initiative and enthusiasm for learning are fully leveraged, fostering good habits of thinking, exploration, and practice.

Exploring the Puzzle Carnival

Talking about "thinking diligently and loving to practice," 70 children from Xueersi's Beijing branch put on a colorful "Puzzle Carnival" for us today! Rubik's Cube performance, Sudoku challenges, puzzle activity experiences... Every child actively participated in the activities, showcasing their talents while also experiencing the joy brought by puzzle games!

Rubik's Cube Challenge

The Rubik's Cube is a relatively contradictory existence: it is both ever-changing and unchanging. The Rubik's Cube, popular for over 40 years, has not only fascinated the generations born in the '70s, '80s, and '90s, but even the "00s" and "10s" are still deeply enchanted by its charm. Before the puzzle carnival competition even began, the children were already eager to try! As the referee started, the children quickly turned and twisted their Rubik's Cubes, each face displaying a colorful pattern under their hands.

Hao Lin, a fourth-grader, achieved good results in both the Rubik's Cube and Sudoku challenges today, demonstrating strong observation skills and proficient skills. Lin's mother told us that she bought a lot of puzzle toys for her child when he was very young, and especially supported him in playing with the Rubik's Cube. Although it's just a small cube, there's a lot of magic in it! While playing, children not only develop intelligence and wisdom, but also cultivate their hands-on ability and logical thinking from an early age, which is a multi-faceted achievement.

Not only were the boys quick and agile, but our cute little girls were equally skilled and serious in their thinking! After observing the Rubik's Cube, Weiqi made her "restoration plan" without delay! Weiqi's mother sat at the back of the classroom, quietly cheering her on! Although she's in second grade, Weiqi's Rubik's Cube skills are already commendable. According to her mother, since falling in love with the Rubik's Cube, her daughter has become more concentrated in the learning process!

Sudoku Challenge

In the circle of "puzzle toy" enthusiasts, besides the Rubik's Cube, another game with a strong fan base is "Sudoku"! We all know that Sudoku is a mathematical logic game originating from Switzerland in the 18th century and is now popular in many schools. At today's puzzle carnival Sudoku competition, children needed to engage in meticulous logic reasoning for each number they filled in; solving each puzzle required them to observe the layout from a holistic perspective. The children were focused and thoughtful as they thought, achieving not only victories in the competition but also experiencing the joy that Sudoku brings.

In the Sudoku challenge, Guo Zelin, a second-grader, achieved remarkable results in the junior group. Zelin's mother also revealed a secret—her child enjoys puzzle toys very much, and has always voluntarily sought to learn! Having studied puzzle courses for a year since last year, her child's hand-eye coordination is very good, and most importantly, Sudoku and the Rubik's Cube have greatly helped her in logical thinking and problem-solving speed.

It's delightful for parents to see their daughters enjoying Sudoku! Ruihan's parents were at the scene today to cheer her on! Ruihan's father told us that his daughter's love for puzzle games has reached the level of "true love." When she loves something, she pours her full attention into it. As parents, they have also observed that Ruihan indeed possesses a small talent for puzzle toys. So they wholeheartedly support her in doing what she loves! These "brain-burning" games have opened up a whole new world for children, laying a great foundation for them to encounter and understand new and interesting things.

Puzzle Activity Experience Area

Not only the Rubik's Cube and Sudoku, but at the puzzle carnival, we also successfully captured a "Puzzle Activity Experience Area"! In order to let the children feel the charm of Xueersi's children's puzzle system in advance, tangrams, Rubik's Cube puzzles, Soma cubes, independent diamond chess, and Three Kingdoms Huarong Roads... These puzzle games can all be experienced on-site! Look at how much the children like it!

Every small experiential game was surrounded by many children, who listened attentively to the explanations and then quickly thought about the solutions! Let's see who can finish the fastest!

Today, Xueersi's children participating in the challenge exerted their super strength, and we, the observers, truly have to give them a big round of applause! In the future, you will shine even more in your studies, life, and career! Because today, you have laid a solid foundation for yourselves and gained abilities that will benefit you for the rest of your lives!

Puzzle Courses Now Online

Such an offline puzzle carnival is just the beginning of "puzzle"! This summer, Xueersi's Go long-term class and puzzle courses such as Sudoku, Rubik's Cube, Cup Stacking, and Digital Huarong Road will be fully launched.

Chen Cen, the person in charge of the children's puzzle system at Xueersi, introduced Xueersi's Sudoku system courses, which are divided into five stages of content from A to E based on the characteristics of children at various ages, cultivating children's ability to explore and think analytically. Xueersi's Rubik's Cube system courses will be divided into four stages of content from A to D, helping children understand the principle of Rubik's Cube restoration and master the methods and techniques for restoring and solving common non-standard Rubik's Cubes.

In addition, Xueersi will also launch the fun-filled Multibrain Box Combo Course 1.0. The course covers four puzzle games—Rubik's Cube, Cup Stacking, Huarong Road, and Shape and Color Cards—and adopts an online live group class teaching model, allowing children to develop learning interests, improve learning abilities, and explore learning methods through games.

By combining hands-on and mental exercises, allowing children to experience the true charm of puzzle games, and enjoy the fun of learning Go, the Rubik's Cube, and Sudoku, Xueersi hopes to bring genuine scientific growth to children and help them build a better future.
