In order to actively respond to the Ministry of Education's promotion of poverty alleviation in the Dianxi area, and implement the three-year action plan to win the battle against poverty, on July 30, 100tal and Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province signed a donation assistance agreement to help local education and poverty alleviation through the "AI Teacher" Mandarin teaching system, high-quality pre-school teaching materials, and training systems. On the same day, leaders from the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Education and more than ten experts in digital education, as well as representatives from Internet technology companies, gathered in Chuxiong, Yunnan to discuss the new trends in education development in Chuxiong.

The Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture is a key area for poverty alleviation in the contiguous areas of Wumeng and Dianxi, and is one of the main battlegrounds in the fight against poverty. In recent years, Chuxiong's elementary and middle school stages of "nine-year compulsory education" has been provided with strong tuition support from the central to local governments, with the goal of achieving full coverage of aid to students from economically disadvantaged families. A series of targeted poverty alleviation policies have been formulated for families living in poverty, solving the problem of "having students" but how to "provide quality education" is the fundamental issue of poverty alleviation in education.
