On November 15, the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce released the “2019 Top 100 Beijing Private Enterprises,” “2019 Top 100 Beijing Private Enterprises in Technological Innovation,” “2019 Top 100 Beijing Private Cultural Enterprises,” and “2019 Top 100 Beijing Private Enterprises in Social Responsibility” lists. TAL's Xueersi made it to all four lists.

Specifically, Xueersi entered the Top 100 Cultural Enterprises for the first time, ranking 3rd; also entered the Top 100 Social Responsibility Enterprises for the first time, ranking 93rd; it was listed in the Top 100 Technological Innovation Enterprises for the second consecutive year, ranking 11th, up four places from last year, and it was listed in the Top 100 Private Enterprises for the second consecutive year, ranking 22nd, up three places from last year.

The “2019 Top 100 Beijing Private Enterprises” list was officially released by the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce.

This year's list, agreed by the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, was jointly promoted by the Beijing Municipal Party Committee's United Front Work Department and the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, with the concerted support of 23 related municipal departments and commissions. The goal is to help private enterprises better adapt to the capital’s industrial development policies and promote higher quality development.

The indicator system design for the list has added bonus points for indicators such as per capita GDP, overall labor productivity, the proportion of the population with a college degree or higher, the transaction value of technological contracts, the use of foreign capital, outbound direct investment, and the introduction of high-level overseas talents, on top of previous indicators such as listing and awards. This reflects the idea of "Top 100" rather than "Top Hundreds," adds seven veto indicators including major ecological damage, major environmental pollution, and major production safety incidents, further strengthening the highest standards and emphasizing high-quality development.

In her speech at the release conference, Yan Ying, Vice Chairperson of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Chairperson of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, pointed out that the private economy is an important driving force for the capital's development. Top 100 enterprises have become the focus of attention and services for many departments, leading to the introduction of a series of policies to optimize the business environment. Going forward, efforts will continue to implement policies, refine specific measures, create a fair environment, and establish a long-term mechanism for development, so that private enterprises can genuinely feel a stronger sense of gain.
