On May 8th, Xueersi, a subsidiary of TAL Education Group, officially launched the "Xueersi Moral Education Series Compulsory Courses". Zhou Bingde, former vice president of China News Service and former member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, lectured on the first moral education class for over 20,000 teachers of TAL Education Group.

Xueersi's national school principal Yang Fuguang announced the annual plan for "Xueersi Moral Education Series Compulsory Courses". According to the plan, the moral education compulsory courses are divided into two directions. For the large group of teachers in TAL Education Group, courses will focus on themes such as education of loving the party and the country, national education in the new era, moral and ethical education for teachers, and psychological health of young people. It is planned to hold 4 key events throughout the year. In addition, Xueersi will also launch two themed courses for students, "The Egg of Fireworks and My Motherland" and "Grandpa General Tells Stories", aiming to provide patriotic education to more children through diverse and colorful educational forms.

At the press conference, the first episode of "The Egg of Fireworks and My Motherland" used a fun and interesting animated form to explain the origin and significance of the Chinese national flag, receiving unanimous praise. "It's refreshing to explain the national flag in a way that students find enjoyable. I believe students will have a deeper understanding of the national flag after watching. I'm looking forward to the other episodes in this Xueersi series," a guest at the event told the reporter from Baoyuetan magazine.

Yang Fuguang introduced that this year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. At this time point, "Xueersi Moral Education Series Compulsory Courses" was fully launched with the theme "Love the Party, Love the Country, and Build the Future Together", aiming to comprehensively enhance the ideological and moral qualities of all Xueersi teachers. At the same time, Xueersi's teaching objects are students from primary and secondary schools who are at a stage of forming their worldview, values, and outlook on life. Therefore, Xueersi hopes to use the series of moral education courses to not only teach students theoretical knowledge, but also to cultivate their sound and healthy personalities.
