Recently, People's Daily released the "China Corporate Social Responsibility Leading Index" 60 strong list, and TAL Education Group, as a representative of educational enterprises, made the list.

The entry criteria for the list is that the leading index is higher than 100, which means that the company's social responsibility governance capabilities and comprehensive recognition are at a leading level. TAL Education Group ranked 50th on the list with a score of 104.75.

After the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, TAL Education Group immediately announced the establishment of a special fund of 100 million RMB to fight the epidemic, of which 20 million RMB was donated to the Wuhan Charity Federation, and 80 million RMB was used for education purposes, to help children across the country "continue learning despite school closures" as much as possible.

While providing educational services, TAL Education Group has been actively practicing social responsibility and supporting public welfare undertakings.

In May, TAL Education Group released the "2019 TAL Education Corporate Social Responsibility Report", summarizing the effectiveness of corporate social responsibility in fulfilling responsibilities around substantive key issues such as innovation and progress of educational products, exploration of cutting-edge educational technology, empowering the entire industry, and giving back to society.

TAL has enhanced its teaching R&D, technology, and services; empowered the industry through digital education infrastructure; and promoted inclusive education via open-access resources.
