Recently, the "Blue Book of Blockchain Applications: Research Report on the Development of Blockchain Applications in China (2020)", planned by the People's Network Blockchain Research Institute and published by the Social Sciences Literature Press, was officially released in bookstores nationwide. The book was jointly written by experts and scholars from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Peking University, and other units. The Blockchain Research Task Force of TAL Education Group was responsible for compiling the chapter report titled "Research on the Application of Blockchain Technology in the Education Sector."

The chapter report on "Research on the Application of Blockchain Technology in the Education Field" systematically and in-depth analyzes the technical integration, industrial status, and application development of the education blockchain industry, discusses four major scenarios of blockchain technology application in the education field, and analyzes in detail the educational problems to be solved in each scenario, the role of blockchain, and the expected results, providing important references for a deeper understanding of the current development of blockchain in the education industry, mastering the deep value of blockchain technology, and promoting the landing of blockchain technology in the education industry both inside and outside the industry.

For example, in the enhancement of teacher workforce development, blockchain technology plays a vital role across four core aspects: creating blockchain-based professional development profiles for teachers, establishing teacher growth evaluation systems, improving teacher team governance frameworks, and facilitating the cultivation of innovative teaching teams.
