This strategic cooperation aims to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and to accelerate the modernization of education in Shijingshan District through education informatization. It will also combine with the national and Beijing's major strategic deployments such as "Internet Plus", big data, new generation of artificial intelligence, smart city, etc., to promote the completion of the "Beijing Education Informatization Three-Year Action Plan" (2018-2020) task requirements, and jointly promote the modernization development of education in Shijingshan District in the new era.

According to the cooperation agreement, the two parties will collaborate on research and development, demonstration applications, and popularization and promotion of education-based on the foundation of Internet, big data, and artificial intelligence. They will also work together to build a new model for strategic cooperation and coordinated development of production, study, and research, actively promoting the development of education informatization in Shijingshan District.
