In August, the New Oriental Education & Technology Group's charity foundation held the "Childhood Together, Happy Support" summer camp at Qiaoba Central Primary School in Mabian County, Sichuan Province. The summer camp, guided by positive psychology, aims to promote the comprehensive and balanced development of students' psychological and social skills. More than 30 children from Qiaoba Township and Beijing participated in this event.

01 Interesting Classes

The six teachers at the summer camp came from Xueersi Online School, Xueersi Chongqing, and Xueersi Foshan Branch, and each led the children in fun courses such as magic, programming, memory, and handicrafts, where they gained knowledge through games.

In addition to interesting classes, volunteer teachers also served as companions for the children, participating in daily forums and team-building games as "companions" in different groups, listening to the voices of the children and encouraging them to move forward bravely.

"Learning through fun" is the educational approach of the summer camp. Through team building, children not only participated in games and formed friendships, but also experienced the power of teamwork. During the six-day summer camp, the teachers led the children to experience the joy of life and the meaning of life.

02 "Hope Online" - Different Educational Resources

In July of this year, the New Oriental Education & Technology Group's charity foundation fully opened the "Hope Online" educational public welfare platform to Mabian County. The platform integrates high-quality recording courses from Xueersi Online School, intelligent courseware from Xueersi's question bank, as well as high-quality educational resources such as Xueersi Light Course, Lihua Dan, neuroscience, and Ai Qidao quality popular science videos, providing comprehensive educational support for Mabian County in all subjects and all stages, allowing Mabian teachers and students to enjoy high-quality resources as well.

During this trip to Qiaoba, the New Oriental Education & Technology Group's charity foundation introduced the principal of Qiaoba Primary School to the usage of the "Hope Online" platform, hoping that local schools would fully utilize the platform resources to give the classroom more possibilities.

03 Friendship and Touching Moments

Many children in Qiaoba Township are left-behind children, longing for companionship. The New Oriental teachers and accompanying parents brought extracurricular books and stationery to them, and also made a rich lunch for the children - this is the simplest wish of the teachers and parents, hoping that this companionship will bring them joy and warmth.

Children from Beijing and Qiaoba played and learned together, helping each other and cheering for each other, forming deep friendships in this beautiful ancient town.

The summer camp has successfully ended, but every warmth and touching moment here will not be forgotten. Every child's smile is the driving force for Good Future to continue moving forward.
