On August 29, the Ministry of Science and Technology's new generation of artificial intelligence development research center and Roland Berger consulting company jointly released the "Report on the Development of Innovative Applications of Smart Education" (hereinafter referred to as the "Report"), systematically analyzing the application and development of artificial intelligence technology in the field of education. On the same day at the 2019 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, Vice Minister of Science and Technology Li Meng announced the construction of the National New Generation of Artificial Intelligence Open Innovation Platform for Smart Education, relying on Tomorrow Advancing Life (TAL) Group. The "Report" has adopted multiple research and application achievements of intelligent education from Tomorrow Advancing Life (TAL).

The "Report on the Development of Innovative Applications of Smart Education" is officially released.

The monthly usage of this evaluation model has exceeded 40 million times. In addition, relying on this assessment system, Tomorrow Advancing Life (TAL) tailored a "pre-school children's Yi-Han bilingual learning system" for Zhaore county, Liangshan prefecture, Sichuan Province, helping children with learning in Chinese Pinyin, vocabulary, grammar, and other aspects. The system is currently being used in 71 schools, 124 teaching points, and nearly 60,000 students in Zhaore county.
