On September 10th, the "C50 Yangtze River Summit 2019 - Summit Forum on the Integration of Culture and Finance" was successfully held in Wuhan. Chen Xiuxin, Deputy Mayor of the Wuhan Municipal Government, attended the summit's opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

At the summit, the Wuhan Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Wuhan Wenhua Group, and TAL Education Group jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement. TAL Education Group will leverage Wuhan's unique location, policies, and environmental advantages, and fully utilize its own exploration experience in the field of educational technology, to introduce multiple important business sectors and work with Wuhan to build a national educational innovation center.

Chen Shulin, Deputy Minister of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Deputy Mayor Chen Xiuxin of the Wuhan Municipal Government, and leaders of TAL Education Group, including Wan Yiting, Chief Public Affairs Officer, Wei Jia, Director of the Legal Department, and Zhang Guiqin, Director of the Policy Research Department, attended the signing ceremony.

Prior to this, Zhang Shihua, member of the Standing Committee of the Wuhan Municipal Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department, met with Wan Yiting, Chief Public Affairs Officer of TAL Education Group, and his delegation. Zhang Shihua stated that TAL Education Group is a leading enterprise in the education industry, focusing on technological innovation, model innovation, and management innovation in the long run. The Wuhan Municipal Committee and Government will support the accelerated layout and healthy development of TAL Education Group in Wuhan.
