On September 12, Lin Jianhua, former president of Peking University and current director of the Peking University Future Education Management Research Center, visited the headquarters of TAL Education Group and held talks with TAL Education Group Founder and CEO Zhang Bangxin.

First, Lin Jianhua and his team visited the exhibition hall of TAL Education Group and learned in detail about the development history and major achievements of TAL Education Group. They then experienced the WISROOM smart classroom independently developed by TAL Education Group and interacted enthusiastically with AI teachers in real time.

During the meeting, Zhang Bangxin warmly welcomed Lin Jianhua and his team and expressed sincere gratitude to the leaders of his alma mater for their care and guidance to TAL Education Group. Zhang Bangxin recalled his own struggles during his time at Peking University and introduced the development history, major business operations, and future development direction of TAL Education Group to the guests.

Lin Jianhua expressed his appreciation for TAL Education Group's exploration and achievements in the field of educational technology. He believed that extracurricular education and training institutions are complements and supporters of the existing education system. Today, our education is facing a major historical turning point, and there are significant challenges in the reform of basic education. Basic education is of great significance in improving the overall quality of the nation and enhancing international competitiveness. He hoped that private educational institutions represented by TAL Education Group could focus more on cultivating abilities and inspiring children's creativity, in addition to imparting knowledge, and make positive contributions to exploring the future of education.
