In just a short 40-minute demonstration class, Teacher Zhong Dandan from Xueersi witnessed the active learning enthusiasm driven by continuous encouragement from the children. She saw pairs of focused eyes, watching her every move and responding enthusiastically. In those moments, she realized the significance of travelling all the way to Hailar, Inner Mongolia.
As a member of the "Good Future Inner Mongolia Teaching Charity Teacher Team," Teacher Zhong Dandan from Xueersi Foshan Branch finally embarked on this loving journey. She was delighted to share and exchange teaching design methods and the use of teaching hardware with local teachers through a "same course, different structure" demonstration class, introducing a more distinctive classroom created by Good Future with the help of technological progress.
On June 21, 2019, at the invitation of the Western Sunshine Rural Development Foundation, Good Future Public Welfare Foundation and Xueersi teacher group formed the "Good Future Inner Mongolia Teaching Charity Teacher Team" to provide offline teacher training for local rural teachers in Hailaer District, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia. Good Future supports "Youth Kuihua Mentor Plan" for two years
The "Youth Kuihua Mentor Plan" is a project that focuses on the growth, inspiration, and support of teachers in western China. It aims to support the professional development of teachers in rural areas in western China through a peer mentoring system. The Good Future Public Welfare Foundation, together with Xueersi mentors, has been part of this public welfare journey for two years.
In the internet era, Good Future has found new ways to participate in educational charity work by creating an online teaching and research space, providing professional, practical, down-to-earth, and sustainable public welfare teacher training for rural teachers.
In August 2017, the Good Future Public Welfare Foundation recruited volunteers internally to support the "Youth Kuihua Mentor Plan" project for rural teachers in Inner Mongolia, Gansu, and other regions. In October 2018, Good Future launched the live broadcast cloud, providing free live broadcast platform support for the project. Now, Good Future has formed a special teacher team to provide offline charity support to teachers in Hailar, Inner Mongolia, as part of this project. So far, a total of 74 Good Future volunteer teachers have directly served 2,633 rural teachers, and indirectly served nearly 80,000 students through this project.

Continuing to transmit the warmth of public welfare to achieve educational equality
"Promoting educational progress with technology" and allowing everyone to enjoy fair and quality education to achieve their dreams is the mission adhered to by Good Future. "Helping more people have equal access to educational resources" is the purpose that the Good Future Public Welfare Foundation has always upheld.
Good Future employees are using technology and compassion to help rural teachers in western China improve their teaching and research methods and provide high-quality and abundant teaching resources to further reduce the gap in education between eastern and western China, contributing to the balance of education in China.
The offline teacher training in Inner Mongolia's Hulunbuir district has deeply connected rural teachers with mentors from Good Future. A teacher from Mingde School wrote: "The most impressive thing was the moving words shared by Teacher Liu Jian, and the theme of education and public welfare shared by the Youth Kuihua and Good Future teachers the next day. I felt their power and sincerity, and I am fortunate to have been emotionally touched by this training." We will continue to transmit this warmth of public welfare and touch more souls.
