Recently, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology officially released the third batch of Beijing’s 2022 list "Specialized, Refined, Characteristic, and Innovative" SMEs, and YiDu HuiDa Educational Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "YiDu HuiDa"), a subsidiary of TAL, was among the 762 selected enterprises.

   "Specialized, Refined, Characteristic, and Innovative" refers to enterprises with characteristics of specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and innovation. In recent years, these enterprises have become a national development focus and are regarded as the pioneers of the next round of national technological and economic growth. It is understood that enterprises receiving this title have core businesses and development priorities aligned with national industrial policies and relevant requirements, and they also possess strong innovative capabilities. The "Specialized, Refined, Characteristic, and Innovative" enterprises were highlighted in the 2022 Government Work Report, which emphasized the importance of vigorously supporting these enterprises in finance, talent, and incubation platform construction.

Following the "double reduction" policy, TAL has strictly complied with national policies, completely terminated academic training services for compulsory education, and transformed into a technology company.
