Subsequently, Wei Jiayi, head of the Legal Affairs Department of TAL Education Group, reported on administrative supervision, protection of personal information, and protection of intellectual property rights in the context of the development of internet education. Dai Shuo, head of TAL Education Group's blockchain project team, shared the work of TAL Education's education blockchain in technology research, patent application, and application exploration. Wang Daquan stated that as the department responsible for formulating policies and regulations in the Ministry of Education, the Policy and Regulations Department needs to conduct forward-looking and anticipatory research on laws and policy systems. Under the current technological development background of the internet, artificial intelligence, blockchain, etc., the concepts of schools, teachers, students, and learning may all need to be redefined. Education laws and regulations need to be continuously revised and improved to adapt to various new phenomena and problems arising in educational practice. During the interactive exchange, Wang Daquan also patiently answered various issues and challenges encountered by TAL Education in its development, and offered constructive suggestions for the application direction of TAL Education's blockchain technology.
