On November 7, 2019, the Secretary of the Party Organization of Private Education and Training Institutions in Beijing held a symposium at Beijing City College. Di Tao, Deputy Secretary of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee's Education Working Committee, relevant leaders from the Beijing Municipal Party Committee's Education Working Committee, Beijing Municipal Education Commission, Haidian District Party Committee's Education Working Committee, and Beijing Civilian Education Association attended the symposium. Comrade Di Tao pointed out that the vigorous development of private education has played a great role in promoting the modernization of education in the capital. He emphasized the significant importance of strengthening the construction of the party in private education and training institutions. First, we must guard the bottom line of ideology, adhere to the fundamental task of moral education, treat ideological and political work as the lifeline of the survival and development of training institutions, and resolutely implement the main responsibility for ideological and political work. Second, we must promote the organic integration of party building and business, insist on integrating party building into the center, and make party building serve the center. We need to find the combination points of party building and business and resolutely prevent the party building and business from having "two faces." Third, we must take the initiative and seek practical innovation. Based on the characteristics and actual work of private training institutions, we need to effectively solve the difficulties in party building, and form new and vivid practices.

Nie Hongfei reported on the party building work of Good Future. Good Future established its first Party branch in May 2014, and on August 28, 2017, it was officially upgraded to a Party committee. As of October 2019, the entire group has more than 7,000 party members, accounting for 19% of the total number of employees, and nearly 2,000 party members hold various leadership positions. In 2017 and 2018, it was rated as an "advanced grassroots party organization" and an "innovative demonstration project for party building" by the Haidian Garden Working Committee for two consecutive years. In 2019, it was rated as an "advanced grassroots party organization" in Haidian District.

The Good Future Group Party Committee has effectively integrated party building work with actual business, technological channels, and ideological and political education to achieve practical results. Good Future also relies on party building to create a "political and ideological small classroom" and launch programs such as "Me and My Motherland with Fireworks Eggs," "General Grandfather's Storytelling," and "Strong Nation Classroom" for students to carry out patriotic education and moral education through innovative formats. For the vast group of teachers in Good Future, a series of moral education courses have been developed to comprehensively improve the ideological and moral qualities and professional ethics of all teachers in Good Future.
