The International Chinese Education Conference opened in Changsha on the 9th, and Sun Chunlan, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech.

More than 1,000 representatives from Confucius Institutes and Chinese education institutions from over 160 countries and regions attended the conference.

Wan Yi Ting introduced that Tomorrow Group, with a mission of "promoting educational progress through technology", currently has more than 6,000 technical, product, and educational research and development personnel, and owns multiple research and development departments such as AI Lab, Brain Science Laboratory, and Silicon Valley R&D Center. It has also established joint laboratories with domestic and foreign universities such as Stanford University, Tsinghua University, and Beijing Normal University. Earlier this year, Tomorrow Group was approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to set up a post-doctoral research base. At the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in July this year, the Ministry of Science and Technology announced the establishment of the National Next Generation Artificial Intelligence Open Innovation Platform for Smart Education based on Tomorrow Group. Currently, Tomorrow Group has accumulated more than 40 AI capabilities, covering the entire process of "teaching, learning, testing, practicing, and evaluating." Among them, the AI Smart Classroom Solution, Classroom Quality Protection System, AI Teacher Training System, and Chinese Speech Ability Evaluation, and other solutions pioneered by Tomorrow Group make teaching more precise, customized, and personalized. In 2018, the online school under Tomorrow Group, Xueersi Online School, developed a "AI Teacher Mandarin Teaching System" customized for Zhaojue County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, benefiting nearly 80,000 students and more than 2,000 primary and secondary school teachers.

It is understood that while continuously exploring educational technology, Tomorrow Group has also continuously increased its investment in the construction of Chinese teaching resources. In November last year, Xueersi Dawayuwen, a subsidiary of Tomorrow Group, reached a strategic cooperation with the Chinese Department of Peking University, providing solid academic support for the development of Xueersi Dawayuwen, and the two parties cooperated to develop Chinese teaching resources. Xueersi Dawayuwen also cooperated with the Chinese Writers Association's Chinese Literature Foundation to bring high-quality writer courses to children. In order to further enhance students' literary literacy, Xueersi Online School launched a series of literary literacy courses, inviting national humanities and history experts, chief lecturer of the Palace Museum culture Si Junfeng, historian Zhang Hongjie, and Ji Lianhai to talk about Chinese history and culture, and inviting famous writer Liu Xinwu to talk about "Dream of the Red Chamber". The "First Lesson of Chinese Characters" tells the story of the formation and development of Chinese characters, enabling children to understand the profoundness of Chinese characters.

Wan Yi Ting said that Tomorrow Group is willing to open up its educational technology such as AI and rich Chinese educational resources to global education industry partners, work together, and make joint efforts to promote the construction and sharing of international Chinese teaching resources, tell the Chinese story to the world, and convey the voice of China.
