On December 18, a training demonstration for the responsible person of the party organization of private schools in Beijing was held in Beijing. The training course was sponsored by the Organization Department of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and the Education Working Committee of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, and co-sponsored by the Beijing Private Education Association. Over 80 responsible persons of the party organizations of private training institutions in Beijing attended the training. Party members have the characteristics of a younger average age, wide regional distribution, a large number of high-end talents, and new technological means. In recent years, Good Future has regarded party building work as the "indicator," "steering wheel," and "red engine" for the development of the enterprise. In the innovation of party building work, Good Future has always adhered to the guidance of practice, exploring and forming a "three-integration work method" that deeply integrates party building work with actual business, technological channels, and ideological and political education, making the party building work new, practical, and in-depth. He introduced that Good Future has always attached great importance to party building work, insisting on making party building work the red engine of enterprise development, and strictly abiding by the principle that wherever the business develops, the party building work must be carried out. During the sharing session, the trainees praised how Good Future deeply integrates party building work with ideological and political education. In May of this year, Good Future released the "Xueersi Moral Education Series Courses," the first of which invited Ms. Zhou Bingde, the niece of Premier Zhou Enlai, to tell stories about family traditions and patriotic stories to more than 20,000 teachers. The second lesson in the "series course" invited Shizhongying, an education expert from Tsinghua University, to lecture on the construction of professional ethics and teacher ethics. They believed that cultivating virtue and educating people is not only the main task of public education, but also an important force in private education. In the future, the "Xueersi Moral Education Series Courses" will continue to be promoted, focusing on themes such as the national new era education direction and the psychological health of young people, in order to build a solid foundation of beliefs for teachers.

In addition, Xueersi also launched the short film series "Fireworks and My Motherland" for students, with each short film being about 3 minutes long and revolving around topics such as the origin of the national flag, the origin of the August 1st Army Day, and the stories of the Young Pioneers. Through vivid, interesting, and diverse content and forms, more children can receive patriotic education in joy and laughter. Since the beginning of this year, Xueersi has also released 16 episodes of the "General Grandpa Storytelling" series, conveying the concepts of diligence, love of learning, leading by example, and filial piety through the firsthand accounts of veteran generals. At the start of the new school year in September, Xueersi also launched the first season of "Strong Country Classroom," inviting leading figures from various industries and fields across the country, including academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, national master craftsmen, and cultural celebrities, to lecture. Through the stories of role models, it helps young people enhance their cultural confidence, establish lofty ideals, and adhere to their mission, and ultimately flies the flag of their youth dreams in the vivid practice of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
